The Kitchen

The large commercial kitchen is perfect for preparing food for a number of people.  We have approximately 150 large dinner plates, 150 small salad plates, 150 cups and 150 sets of flatware.  We have a limited number of bowls and wine glasses, and a fair number of small plastic water glasses.  We have assorted serving utensils, knives, pot holders and dish cloths. We have a large commercial refrigerator, a separate freezer, two convection ovens, a s.ix burner electric range with oven and a commercial dishwasher.

If you are renting the kitchen, you are responsible for washing, rinsing, drying and putting away all dishes, glasses, flatware and utensils. Drying towels and dish cloths are furnished.  Please leave soiled ones on the kitchen sink counter so that they can be picked up for laundering.

Use of the kitchen does not include use of the Yacht’s pots and pans. or any items in the Yacht Club’s storage room marked “Private.”
