Club Rental General

The Juneau Yacht Club is available to rent for all your special occasions! 

                  NOTE:  RATES INCREASED JULY 1, 2025

For general information about renting the Juneau Yacht Club, you may leave a message for us anytime at 833-323-5111.

If you are interested in renting the Club, please follow these steps:

  1. CHECK AVAILABILITY*  – First check our online calendar under the Club Rental menu above (or CLICK HERE) to review available dates. The calendar is kept up to date and changes frequently.
  2. SUBMIT RENTAL REQUEST  – If your preferred date is available, please complete the Club Rental Form online by CLICKING HERE (it is also available under the Club Rental menu.)

*Rentals are generally from 8am to midnight.  If the portion of the facility that you wish to rent has already been reserved for a different part of the day than your event, or the hours of your event are different, please contact the JYC Rental Agent listed below to see it it is possible,  The previous rental may wish to set up before their event and the JYC contract janitor may need time to assure the facility is cleaned and set up for the next event.

Rentals Basic Rate Information excluding Juneau Sales Tax:

  • Entire Facility including Main Hall, Kitchen, Deck, BBQ & Graham Room Bar:  $1,400  – includes free dishwashing
  • Main Hall Only including Kitchen, Deck, BBQ:  $1,150 – includes free dishwashing
  • Kitchen Only:  $325 (full commercial grade kitchen) – includes free dishwashing
  • Graham Room Bar Only:  $375 

– Non-Profit Organizations may be eligible for a 10% discount.  Contact the Rental Agent.
– Member Discounts are described in The Club Menu under Policies

You will be required to clean and arrange furnishings as found before your rental.  Your rental fee includes limited janitorial services such as restocking disposables and minor polishing.  If the facility is not left clean and orderly, the cost of that work will be deducted from your security deposit.
