The attached documents were generously provided by JYC member Tom Dawson. Tom developed them over 25 years of charter operations on MV Three Eagles.

The procedures in these documents are great examples for all boaters; charter, commercial, or recreational.  Tom strongly encourages a “Safety Talk,” based on your own similar documents, when any one new boards your boat!
