The Kitchen

The large commercial grade kitchen is perfect for preparing food for a number of people.  

DINNERWARE  

  •     150 large dinner plates
  •     150 small salad plates
  •     150 cups
  •     150 sets of flatware
  •     Limited number of bowls and wine glasses, and a fair number of small plastic water glasses
  •     Assorted serving utensils, knives, pot holders and dish cloths

APPLIANCES

  •     Large commercial refrigerator
  •     Freezer
  •     2 Convection Ovens
  •     Six burner gas range with oven 
  •     Commercial dishwasher

If you are renting the kitchen, you are responsible for scraping and rinsing all dishes, glasses, flatware and utensils. Your rental includes dishwashing by the Juneau Yacht Club’s janitorial service.

Use of the kitchen does not include use of the Yacht Club’s pots and pans or any items in the Yacht Club’s storage room marked “Private.”
